She is the founder and owner of TLJ Agency, a personal brand management and image development firm headquartered out of Atlanta, where she works with businesses and brands to develop and promote their dreams. Tiara has also grown to become a public speaker focused on empowering her peers to become the moguls they aspire to be. She partners with like-minded brands and individuals to conceptualize and produce various events for her peers to network, support, and celebrate each other. Throughout her journey, Tiara has garnered the skills, experience, and qualifications necessary that allow her to do what she does best, innovate.

Kellie Thomas is a dynamic force behind several impactful ventures. As the owner of Camps by KT, an acclaimed youth camp program, and co-founder of LifeLung Nonprofit, dedicated to lung cancer advocacy, Kellie's commitment to youth development is evident. She also spearheads the Camps by KT for All Foundation and serves as Education Director at John Gray Ministries of LoveStory Church. Additionally, she directs Camp H-Town with the Four Seasons Houston Hotel.

With over 15 years of experience in youth development, Kellie leverages insights from education, cognitive psychology, and adolescent development to craft engaging and enriching experiences for children. For her, the joy of witnessing children laugh, learn, and grow fuels her passion for reshaping the youth camp landscape.
