Payment and Refund Policies

Payment Plans & Terms

  • Payment plans available during registration checkout

  • $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure spot

  • Full balance due one week before camp begins

  • Multiple payment installments available

  • Deposit can be transferred to other camp weeks

  • Camps by KT reserves the right to drop campers from unpaid camp weeks without refund

Cancellation and Transfer Policies

Pre-Camp Season Cancellations

  • Full refund minus processing fees available

  • Must be submitted in writing to info@campsbykt.com

  • $50 deposit can be transferred to future camps

During Camp Season (June-August and Holiday Camps)

  • No refunds once camp season begins

  • All payments (including deposits) can be transferred to another camp week

  • Flexible transfer system:

    • Credits remain in your account indefinitely

    • Can be used for any future camp season

    • No deadline to decide on transfer dates

    • Transfers approved based on space availability

    • Request must be made at least one day prior to camp start

Important Notes

  • Non-attendance does not qualify for refund

  • Registration reserves space, time, staffing, and supplies regardless of attendance

  • No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather, COVID-19, illness, or any medical-related closures

  • Discounts do not apply to refunded tuition

Transfer Guidelines

  • All payments are eligible for transfer

  • Transfers can be made to any available camp week or future camp season

  • Credits remain in account until used

  • Transfer requests must be submitted to info@campsbykt.com

Behavior Management

Camps by KT maintains a three-strike system for behavioral issues. Physical violence, racist behavior, or severe bullying/harassment results in immediate expulsion with no refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for complete behavior management policies.
