Camps by KT: Payment and Refund Policies.

Summer Day Camp Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email by noon on the Friday one full week prior to the start of the week you wish to cancel (10 weekdays out). If you do not submit your cancellation request by this time, you will not be eligible for a refund in any amount. A refund will be given minus a $50 non-refundable fee.

Please be aware that if you purchase a camp week within 10 days of its beginning you will not receive a refund.

Not attending the camp for any reason does not entitle you to a refund. When you register your camper, you are reserving space, time, and staffing whether or not your camper attends the camp.

Summer Day Camp Payment Plan: The payment plan will be provided via email request. Please email info@campsbykt.com if you would like to request a payment plan. The payment options for summer camp are payment in full or payment plan.

A $50 deposit will be required when requesting a payment plan. percent down payment will be applied toward the total balance due. Camps will need to be paid in full one week prior to the beginning of the chosen camp week. Camps by KT reserves the right to drop camper for the unpaid camp week(s). Camp deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to other camp weeks. Deposits for unpaid camp weeks are non-refundable.
